Literally 3-5 minutes after setting the appointment he texts me a message in all spanish, (which I don't know what gave him the impression I don't speak English I'm probably more American than Donald Trump) and said that he forgot to take himself off the schedule for the time that I scheduled my appointment for. Since Steve kept canceling I decided to give dapper barber another shot so I booked a RANDOM barber that had an available appt for today at 8:45pm and their system paired me with Jay. Everytime I schedule an appointment I expect that the appointment will be met and I dont have to work around a barbers schedule since I'm the one paying. At this point I was upset because I have a really busy schedule and I have to literally carve out time of my day to get a haircut. There was two occasions where he said he left early. He cancelled 4 of my appointments i made with him and told me to come at a other time. After that day I booked with him about 5 times. Before I left he gave me his card and I tipped him happily. I started going with Steve who cut my hair the first t ime and did a decent job.
I moved back to Garland, TX and I decided to start going back to the garland location.

I never had an issue with them they were professional and kept every appointment I set with them.
If I'm not mistaken Pico left and so did Gabriel from both locations. I moved to plano for about 1 year and was going to the plano location with a guy named Gabriel. So for the record I used to cut my hair here with a barber who is no longer there named Pico.
